Turkish Commission of Military History, having had hosted the 19th International Congress of Military History in 1993, once again after twenty-three years, has the honor of hosting the 42nd International Congress of Military History to be held on 03-09 September 2016, in Istanbul.

The main title of this year's Congress is determined to be "Regional Wars from 17th Century to the Present, and Their Global Impacts". In order to finalize the congress program, we are expecting your invaluable articles on the main title of the congress.
